No one wakes up wanting to be unhealthy. But between work, family, and everything else, most people simply don't have the time—or the right information—to figure out which changes actually matter. After years working on a 911 ambulance and studying neuroscience at UCLA, I created Raf Life to help you focus on the changes that make a real difference and support the life you want to live.
Lifestyle guidance, not medical care. Supplements, diet, exercise, risk. Your physician keeps diagnosis and prescriptions.

To improve your health for good
There is no shortage of health information. There is a shortage of someone who knows your schedule, your budget, your family history and your actual goals, and can tell you which two or three things are worth doing this month.
I know that gap personally. There was a stretch where I knew everything about health and was still eating fast food every single day. Life gets in the way. That does not mean your health has to take the hit, and it does not mean you should have to fix it alone.
01
Three questions, in order: how it actually works in the body, whether the evidence is good enough to bother, and whether it makes sense for your setup. Something can look smart online and still be the wrong purchase for you.
02
Family history, a borderline lab, a condition that runs in your family. We work out which risks deserve your attention now, which do not, and which changes have the highest return before problems pile up.
03
How food is affecting your mood and energy right now, what matters over decades, and what still survives a 12-hour day, a commute and a family dinner you did not cook.
04
What the bare minimum actually is, what kind of training fits the goals you have rather than the ones a program assumes, and what you are realistically going to keep doing.
01
Your schedule, your constraints, your worries, your goals, and the part of the routine that keeps breaking down.
02
Between calls I go through the biology, the evidence and the tradeoffs, and sort what deserves your attention from what does not.
03
You do not get an information dump. You get a small number of changes that fit your week, and someone checking whether they held.
$49
One focused 25-minute session. Best if you already have the question in your head and want a straight answer.
Details$89
Two calls with your personalized plan built in between. I learn your life, do the research, then we go through what is worth doing first.
Details$199/mo
A call a week, an ongoing plan, and someone adjusting it as your schedule, labs and motivation change.
DetailsIf the first session where we work through your recommendation or plan does not leave you with a clearer, genuinely actionable next step, tell me within 24 hours and I will refund you in full.
Lifestyle habits sit underneath everything else, so that is where I pay attention and where I keep you accountable. The advice has to line up with your goals, not with living longer for its own sake.
Remember the life you really want.
Actively seek out actions to make that life a reality.
Forgive yourself and live life fully.
I pay attention to training, food, recovery and routine in my own life. That matters, because advice lands differently when the person giving it knows what a plateau, a bad month and a real tradeoff actually feel like.
Two years on a 911 ambulance also showed me the other end of the line: people chronically sick, on a dozen medications, where prevention started far too late. It made me much less interested in trendy fixes.
The videos cover the biology and the evidence for everyone. They cannot know your labs, your schedule or your goals. Raf Life is the part where I apply it to yours.
Personal health strategy. I learn your life, goals and constraints, then help you decide what is actually worth doing about supplements, diet, exercise and long-term risk.
A supplement they are unsure about, a diet they keep second-guessing, a health risk they want to think through, or an exercise setup that does not fit their life. Often a lab result and a doctor who said “up to you.”
Because the problem is rarely a lack of information. It is knowing what matters for you, what is noise, and what is worth doing next. That takes hours you do not have and I already spend.
That is exactly when this is useful. We are not building a perfect routine. We are finding the few changes that still make sense in the schedule you actually have.
No. I am not your doctor and I do not replace medical care. I will help you think through lifestyle decisions and understand what your medications and conditions are doing. Diagnosis and prescription changes stay with your physician.
